Payments, Refund and Cancellation Policy

This page informs you of our policies regarding payments, refund and cancellation policy.     

Payments

You agree to pay the fees for your purchases, and you authorize Marbaq Consulting Firm to charge your debit or credit card or to use other processing means of payment such as (PayPal) for those fees. We work with third party payment processing partners to offer you secure and convenient payment methods to offer services in your country and region. Cancellations and Changes

You can request cancellations or charges, within 24 hours of your purchases and Marbaq Consulting Firm will apply a full refund to your account; after the 24-hours full refund guarantee time limit has passed a fee equal to the 30% of the payment will be applied. Due to the nature of the service we offer, we are unable to provide refunds on any purchases after the order status is “completed” or a no show in the case of online courses or meetings, this includes digital products, services, live courses, meetings or any other product or service offered by Marbaq Consulting Firm unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Refunds

You can contact Marbaq Consulting Firm to start a refund request. We will notify you within two business days on the status of your refund.  After your request is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive a refund credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
